Wwoofing at Hof Van Twello

Recently, I spent a week wwoofing at a farm called Hof Van Twello near Deventer in The Netherlands.  It was a pretty nice set up with a huge area for fruit and vegetables

and an area set aside for community garden plots where people come and grow their own vegetables

There was also a nursery where people could buy plants or just get a coffee & cake

and a reception centre with its own thatched roof

Most of the wwoofing work involved harvesting and weeding

but nearby there was a beautiful forest for walking (not cycling)

and not too far away, even a windmill
